xoxo asked:

so i have anxiety disorder, scoliosis, and rls.

I’m 18. Does anyone else experience Restless leg syndrome with their anxiety.

My doctor said it could possibly be anxiety, or scoliosis pushing on nerves.

Its not just my legs, its just all of my lower body. From the **** down. It gets to the point where its so tensed up it hurts. All day long.

I take .75mg-1mg mirapex (which is the dose used for Parkinsons Disease)

Nothing else under that mg worked.

I’m not sure if its my anxiety that has got me thinkin something more serious is wrong.. but it seems to me like something is.

I seriously can’t take this anymore. Muscle relaxers barely help if even at all, xanax helps put me to sleep and relax my muscles a bit, and my anxiety is gone. But.. i still get rls and leg pains.

A lot of times i’m sore EVERYWHERE. and tense. Sometimes I can barely walk right and excuse my language but sometimes I look like i have a stick up my ***! haha.

Someonee please help ):
Does this happen to anybody that has anxiety or scoliosis?!
I feel alone a lot of the times, because nobody really understands how bad, and annoying it is..
I have been diagnosed with anxiety. I get panic attacks and hyperveinlate extremely easily.

These symptoms have been going on for months.

I don’t even drink caffiene except for in the morning. I try not to eat lots of sugar either.

OH and i didn’t mention, its almost near impossible to work out my legs without being on painkillers. Thats how bad it can get sometimes.
