I assume that your use of this non-ergoline non-selective dopamine agonist Apomorhine targeting both D-1 and D-2 receptors, also known as Apokyn or Ixense, Spontane, Uprima, is either for “off times” from levodopa/carbidopa (Sinemet) or for symptomatic relief such as ED.
One possibility is to contact one of the manufacturers – pharmaceutical companies – with a request for their Patient Assistance program. Since there are several companies, your chances are better if you can prove financial need.
My husband has not used apomorphine but you can contact other PD patients who have at Patients Like Me. I am including a link but you may have to register (it’s free) in the Parkinson’s community to access the information.
The price you pay, if you are not eligible for patient assistance, may depend upon your health insurance and your location. Once you have to hunt online, the price will be much higher. One of the problems with ordering online is that you don’t know what you are really getting or if you will even get it once you have paid. Do read the article below (but don’t look for part 2, it hasn’t been posted yet)
The next link is not that much help but you might find something helpful.
If you are in Europe, try this link to the EPDA:

I hope this helps
