thanks to the 2 answerers…the 2 people have been in denial but they changed the womans med,since she got worse…and the man is about the same..theres no known etiology,they treat the symptoms…research has nothing new…

Are these two relatives welders or worked in a steel foundry? Have they ever worked with fertilizer or in a battery plant? Some people get parkisons from overexposure to manganese. Its called manganism and the symptoms are very similar.
Some diseases are best treated conventionally. To risk worsening of a condition that can be treated best if treated early, is not a good idea. You have to look at the big picture and understand that holding off treatment worsens the condition.
