Essential Tremor.
Wilson’s Disease
Huntington’s Disease
Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus.
Taking medications such as antipschotics, reserpine, metocolpramide.
Alzheimer’s with extrapyramical features

There are a few different diseases that are referred to as “Parkinsonisms.” Another term that you may hear that means essentially the same thing is “Parkinson’s Plus.”
