Never lie. Be yourself, and if that doesn’t work out for you, change.
Lying is a part of life, don’t hold yourself back from delusions that you were fed as a child. also you cant change the past to the person above me.
lie, unless you feel like waiting to get sworn in because if you tell them you went to a psychiatrist you will have to get all those records and stuff it will take a long time unless you don’t mind the waiting
don’t lie? you to the person who said that you know that there something called doctor patient confidentiality and there would be no way for them to find this out, and when was the last time you heard of someone going to jail or being fined for trying to defend there country there doing it voluntarily you wont get thrown in jail that’s bs
DO NOT LIE!!!!!
they can and probably will find out, if you went to a psychiatrist they could probably find out about that. you can be arrested and go to military jail for enlisting under false pretenses
if you tell them the truth then it could delay the enlistment process for months. there is no way for them to find out anything about you outside of what you tell them. when i went to meps i overheard alot of the recruits saying that their recruiters were telling them to hide something, thats just how it works. trust me, they only know what you tell them so dont feel bad about lying, i had to do the same thing about my childhood asthma. just listen to your recruiter and you will be fine. when the commander at meps briefs everybody he will say that if you get caught lying then you will go to prison but just remember that this is nothing more then a scare tactic. theres no way of them finding out.
Why lie , just don’t mention it.
