Help Me and My Family?

so its me,my dad,my aunt,my cousin(aunts daugther) and my grandmother.My grandmother is the only supporter of the the house,no one else works.I’m 20,yes i could have a job but im a college student with very little time to spare.My father does nothing all day,its been like that for oh lets say 10 years.My aunt is the same way,my cousin is only 11.There is something wrong with my cousin and my aunt.They are both crazy,they argue and cause chaos for me my father and especially my poor grandmother.She already has parkinsons disease,and all the stress they make her go through im suprised she hasnt had a heart attack yet..What i need is to get them away from us and our house.My cousin has already been to a mental hospital for a week,shes been kicked out of school and there is nothing else i can do to help her.As for my aunt shes been through the same and needs to get out of here.Is there some number i can call or something i can do so they can both go and stay in some mental hospital and be forced to take medication or something?
My father has nothing wrong with him,he is just real lazy.me and my father have told my grandmother over and over to do something about them,she doesnt do it.She does not know the meaning of tough love at all,when my cousin was taken to the hospital for threatning her teachers at school she would kill them,my grandmother started to blame the teachers and staff and the police it was their fault..and she babied my cousin as if she did nothing wrong when she came back.Im thinking i should just call a police station,and just tell them everything? i dont know
