How Do I Get Artificail Teeth Fixed for My Dad Who Has No Teeth at All?

Hi, i love my dad a lotttt.
I am very much worried about my dad. health wise he is not good. he is suffering from parkinsons disease.he cannot walk properly, talk propoerly.He needs to take around 10 to 15 capsules a day for his regular activiites. He is 62.I am very much worried about him. He has lost all his teeth. now he eats everything made into soup kind.He cannot eat hard food.I need an advice to know if there is any procedure by which my dad can have artificail teeth fixed,and be able to eat like a normal person. your father can get dentures at his dentist but they are expensive (around $1300 or so).
