Jared asked:
i havent had anything like this before kickboxing i started this week and have been to 2 lessons
im 17 im not the strongest .im always sore all over the next day
but i notice slight shakes in my right hand days after it shakes when i hold it still
or when i put my hand on the mouse while playing games my hand might do involuntary clicks i think is due to weakness
someone told me parkinsons is that true? or them being a ****?

Too much action, too quick. that’s why your hand is shaking.
Take it easy. if your going to do that kind of brutal sparing, or practicing the art of kickboxing, you need to be ready for it.
Kickboxing is no joke, it’s hands and feet. it’s a very lethal art.
Your just nervous. your young too, so just take your time with the art. if someone is rushing you, or if you don’t feel comfortable sparing with that person, don’t.
Without knowing exactly what you did in class, my guess would be that you are training too hard. If you have only been to two classes you need to condition you body gradually. You should not be sparring yet. Your use of heavy bags should be limited. The first three month you should be gradually building your body and learning basic striking techniques; working on exercises that focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Good luck.
BTW,
Don’t limit your training to your lessons. Practice o your own too. You’ll learn a lot quicker that way.
Too much action,
