If embryo’s are destined to be destroyed because the “parents” no longer want to pay for their preservation, I see nothing wrong with their being used for stem cell research. This is just George not wanting to spend the money on federal grants to fund this type of research. It’s not that he has a true religious opposition to the use of these embryos. He doesn’t mind sending our beautiful young men into harm’s way. Is that any more moral than using a bunch of yet undifferentiated globs of cells for research? He just wants to spend all of our tax dollars on WAR.
