Like right now, My legs aren’t shaking but I was reading around, and I was reading about parkinsons disease, I know I have GAD, so I started freaking out, but one thing i read was that tremors was a big sympton for parkinsons, and I know i twitch when due to my anxiety but sometimes for example when I am on the computer, I move my legs back and forth, I don’t consider it uncontrollable, for example right now, Im not doing it, but I am seriously freaked out right now, Can anyone help me out? Should I really worry? Should I consult a doctor? I thought the involuntary movement was always normal, i know some people do it randomly, but if anyone can help me or give me some insight on this sort of topic, i would greatly appreciate it, thanks!

If you can stop it , you are fine.
It could just be nervous energy, or you are just fidgeting. I wouldn’t go so far as the possibility of Parkinson’s just yet. Maybe you have restless leg syndrome, I move my toes, feet, and legs all the time but it doesnt’ affect me at all besides annoying my family. No big deal for me, but if you are really that worried then go get it checked by a doctor.
Yes when we experience things regarding our bodies we do tend to go over board in freaking out. You may be experiencing RLS/Restless Leg Syndrome. There are natural medications out there for this problem. If it does worry you a lots you may need to go see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment. Now if you do not have insurance or the finances for this try Hyland’s Restless Legs, you can find this in most Pharmacies and Walmart. You may find it in the vitamin section at Walmart. If it is just nervous energy you might have to look at your dietary intake of sugar and caffeine as these have a tendency to stimulate instead of relax your muscles. I it is the problem try coming off these very slowly. If you quit cold turkey it can make you feel worse. Gradually cut back and see how you do. It is also very good to check with your doctor to prevent any problems from arising. Best of luck to you.
