Wellbutrin (Bupropion) for Parkinson’s?

If Parkinson’s disease is caused by less dopamine, couldn’t an antidepressant like Wellbutrin (Bupropion) help – since it blocks dopamine reuptake?

I very much doudt it will, but it is best to get a Dr. that is with a movement disorder clinic to go over the pros and cons.
