hmm. well you may have a simple vitamin deficiency. this is why nothing shows up on tests. are you taking vitamins? they really do help. i take 2 vitamins 3 times a day and then another one once a day plus a fish oil pill. it’s really important to do so to make sure your body is running at its optimal performance.
MS?
auto-immune?
ask your doctor about lupus and other similar diseases. They can cause any number of problems.
did they rule out epilepsy? have you been to any tropical third world country lately? did they consider a parasitic cause?
Essential tremor, Alcoholism ,Liver disease, Kidney disease ,Multiple sclerosis,Stroke,Hypoglycemia – usually episodes of tremor with hypoglycemic attacks ,Hyperthyroidism ,Wilson’s disease Friedrich’s ataxia Concussion, Tertiary syphilis, and Seizure disorder
DRE has the point. I would say low sugar level? are you getting enough sugar? try drinking half a root beer in the am and the other half in the afternoon. the twitches sound like a random firing of neurons in your brain. try an EEG test to monitor your brain waves. a seizure disorder is possible but seizure activity is sometimes hard to see because the test is short and unless you have a seizure when your hooked up to the machine the doctor sometimes has a hard time with the diagnosis. whoa rereading your question if you twitch nonstop then if it is in your brain an EEG wil detect if there is any abnormalities
It does sound like this could possibly be adrenal.
Please read this article on adrenals:

Also try some of the self tests.
I hope this info helps somewhat.
