I remember Mom & I not really ever getting along, Dad & I had at least something in common. Dad’s been gone almost 8yrs now, Parkinsons Disease. Mom seems to choose my brothers side almost 90% of the time, never mine. I dont know what I’m talking about and so on, so I go to friends. Hell my friends know more about me than my own parents do. Since Dads been gone, Mom dated a guy who had a headstone out in the yard. I got along with him fine, he let me use his garage. Mom eventually left him for this guy she eventually married/divorced only after knowing him for 3mo maybe. She said she’d never marry anyone who was divorced, she did. I warned her about him, he didnt seem right. I could only get about 3-4 words out of him per day. Since the divorce my Moms car has been keyed, screws & nails under her tires. I cant stand the guy. I just feel so messed up in this whole thing and when I talk about it, it seems as if my Mom thinks that this isnt bothering me, well it is.

I got a card from my mom yesterday and her handwriting has gotten horribly shaky–almost unreadable. My grandfather (her dad) had parkinson’s disease that was onset by a stroke. Should I be worried? She refuses to ever go to the doctor.
